Cool Watermelon Smoothie

Taps and I just got back from a nice 4 mile walk in the 90 degree heat and humidity. When we got back we wanted something soothing and cool to drink, not to mention refreshing. So I whipped up this watermelon smoothie, it’s creamy, refreshing and delicious!

It’s about 4 cups of watermelon, a splash of almond milk and 2 T of Flax Seed Oil, this is enough for two people. Really yummy!

Tomorrow is the official start of my Vegan Diet, Taps has decided to try it for a week and see how it goes, I’m really excited to get it going!
