I don’t know what’s up with me and quesadillas lately, but you can put almost anything you want in them! This one is ground beef seasoned with cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, s&p, red pepper flakes. I added some kale to the beef mixture and put in in the quesadilla with cheddar cheese. Easy, filling and low carb!
By the way, I worked out TWICE today. Super proud of myself!
