Yummy, Healthy Breakfast!

Lately I’ve been staying away from a lot of high fat meats especially fatty sausages and greasy bacon. I’ve found some really good ground chicken sausage, my two favorites are the ground Italian chicken sausage and the ground breakfast chicken sausage. I can’t really tell the difference between them and pork sausage except that the chicken sausage is a little sweeter and more mild in flavor.

This morning I threw together a little scramble and it was perfect!

2 eggs, breakfast chicken sausage, spinach and a little cheddar sprinkled on top – all for under 300 calories!
