Delicious! I coated the chicken in egg whites then dipped them in a mixture of almond and flax meal with a little seasoning salt and baked it at 450 for about 25 minutes. It came out so good, crispy and flavorful! Served with a yummy salad and it turns out to be a perfect low-cal, low-carb meal with lots of good, healthy fats from the almond, flax and avocado (on the salad).
