Like I mentioned in my last post, get prepared to see a lot of coconut in my upcoming posts!
Here are my list of ingredients:
– 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
– Coconut oil
– Curry powder (I used yellow)
– Coconut milk (not canned – mine has 80 calories and 5 grams of fat for 1 cup)
– 1 can diced tomatoes
– T sugar
So easy to make and tastes so good! And it fills your home with wonderful aromas!
