Chicken & Herb Burgers

I mixed a 1/2 pound of lean ground chicken with some diced walla walla onion, Herbs De Provence & parsley and a dollop of plain Greek yogurt. Delicious! I served mine on a whole wheat english muffin with homemade Greek ranch instead of mayo and a slice of bacon and some tomatoes. Hubby’s was on a hoagie roll with bacon, mayo and tomatoes. It was so good, definitely a keeper!
