Salad for Lunch!

I forgot to take a picture but salads are one of the easiest things to throw together! I just added a bunch of lettuce with chopped veggies, cooked chicken, 2 T ground flax and homemade ranch. Super filling and nutritious. I didn’t pour on tons of ranch, I usually just put enough to lightly coat which can easily be done by placing the lid on the tupperware and shaking it!
