This is my favorite thing that I’ve ever made – low carb or not! It’s so good! I combined a few different recipes that I saw and came up with this.
You can never go wrong with bacon, ranch and cheese!
I combined Hidden Valley Bacon Ranch with some shredded cheddar cheese and topped that and some bacon strips onto some cooked chicken and broiled it until the top became golden brown. (The chicken was previously poached in chicken broth, so it’s super tender and juicy!)
I had a really simple salad with mine since the chicken was pretty rich in flavor. Husband had some rice cooked in chicken broth with onions and tomatoes. For eating low carb, I’m eating pretty dang good food, and losing weight while doing it!
