Almond Flour Biscuits – Low Carb & Sugar Free!

These biscuits were so good! I think I actually prefer them to regular biscuits made with flour. They were really moist and flavorful, I’m looking forward to using one in the morning to make an egg sandwich for breakfast!

See it up there in the corner of my plate? That’s only about 3/4 of it, I had already taken a chunk out of it!

Recipe:

1 1/4 cups almond flour

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/8 tsp salt

2 tbsp melted butter

2 tbsp cream

1 egg

Combine the wet ingredients in separate bowl and then combine with dry ingredients in larger bowl. Bake at 350F for 10-15 mins, until golden brown and toothpick comes out clean. I cooked mine on stoneware, much better than a baking sheet.

Makes 3 large or 4 average size. These pretty much have zero net carbs!

Definitely making these again!
